What You’ll Do
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects—on time, on budget, and within scope
Apply proven PM methodologies and frameworks tailored to agency workflows
Serve as primary liaison between teams, clients, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout
Anticipate risks, spot issues early, and develop mitigation plans
Foster collaboration between creative, strategy, account, and operations teams
Produce project documentation—scopes of work, status reports, plans—to maintain transparency
Manage project resources: staffing, budget oversight, cost vs. delivery
Lead post-project retrospectives and integrate lessons into future projects
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to elevate our project management standards
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience, ideally within a marketing or creative agency
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Deep knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Leadership presence and ability to motivate cross-functional teams
Proficiency with project management software/tools
- $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)
Schedule: Regular business hours, M–F
