Responsibilities:
- Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize analytics needs, focusing on critical metrics and KPIs that impact business outcomes.
- Proactively analyzing data to answer strategic questions, identifying factors that drive business performance and recommending areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Monitoring key financial metrics and operational KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to define performance targets and improvement initiatives.
- Creating performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track progress towards organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Supporting business planning processes and strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and insightful reporting.
- Running daily meetings with countries’ stakeholders and drive their CTA and accountability.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in business analytics preferably E-commerce operations' Logistics & Fulfilment.
- Proficient in data analytics tools (SQL, Python & etc...).
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & growth mindset.
