Operations Manager 

Salary: £45,000 per annum plus performance bonus, car allowance & pension

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Location: Bristol

What you’ll be doing;

  • Deliver strong operational and financial performance whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and team mental and physical wellbeing. 

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of operatives, staff and site based support to ensure site capability/capacity is maximised.

  • Compliance with Veolia requirements & Fleet requirements through audit.

  • Using Power BI for daily / weekly / monthly reviews.

  • Managing people & assets to deliver efficient & profitable service.

  • Be the nominated Transport Manager with overall responsibility for Fleet management and compliance.

  • Drive efficiencies within the job role to maximise profit.

  • Utilise data to improve operational performance.

  • Creating a customer excellence approach & culture.

  • Delivery of a first time collection culture.

  • Managing people & assets to deliver / exceed service expectations.

What we’re looking for;

  • Previous experience in waste and fleet management.

  • Transport CPC.

  • Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience.

  • Financial management experience.
