What this job involves:

JLL is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence in our regional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) program. In partnership with Regional Facilities Managers, Senior Facilities Managers, Program Managers, and clients, you'll organize information, provide tools, reports, communications, and training resources to support seamless operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work across multiple geographies and cultures in a highly dynamic environment, launching projects from the ground up while managing complex stakeholder relationships. You'll be instrumental in transforming facility operations and delivering exceptional results that align with JLL's commitment to innovation and client success.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead and own the organization, management, and implementation of programmatic needs across all aspects of the regional IFM program
  • Partner with Regional Facilities Managers and leaders to track JLL deliverables and communicate via multiple channels to build strong matrix-driven partnerships
  • Manage intake and organization of area-level projects and initiatives while coordinating team meetings at weekly, monthly, and quarterly frequencies
  • Act as main point of contact for sub-regional FM teams regarding tools, resources, and site information validation and audits
  • Use tools such as Corrigo, Visio, Smartsheet, Quip, and Microsoft Office to build operational deliverables and KPI tracking systems
  • Create and maintain dashboards for performance visualization while assisting in annual operating budget development and management
  • Lead special projects either self-directed or in collaboration with regional IFM and client teams while solving customer requests and challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing local and regional projects in real estate, facilities, and operations with deliverables impacting customers and operational teams
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with relentless drive to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes
  • Strong analytical capabilities combining deep-dive data analysis with anecdotal feedback synthesis
  • Experience driving change management plans for new services or transforming existing ones
  • Strong organizational skills with capacity to prioritize and escalate in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of multi-stakeholder interaction at all organizational levels with effective relationship building
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to moderate large forums and facilitate stakeholder dialog.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable launching projects with minimal data and starting from blank sheet approaches
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures in virtual and onsite environments
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and ownership mentality
  • Excellent English proficiency with additional languages as a plus
  • Experience with facility management tools and systems.

Estimated compensation for this position:

132,200.00 – 191,700.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
