Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Operations Manager is a managerial role, reporting directly to the AVP of Operations. This role is responsible for leading the Operations Coordinators in all functions of operations including, but not limited to: project execution, customer onboarding/off-boarding, project status tracking, & compliance adherence, to enable the achievement of consumer and business sales goals.

Role Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce workflows and best practices
• Implement and manage project plans to communicate objectives, priorities, & goals among internal teams
• Regularly communicate and enforce project timelines to manage deliverables and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
• Manage direct reports by setting goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure all expectations are being met for individual contributors
• Provide feedback to key stakeholders on suggestions for improvement to processes voiced by other Managers
• Manage the execution of special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in project management or operations
• 1-3 years of experience managing individual contributors
• Experience at an Advertising, Marketing, or SaaS company
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective time management
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience with documentation tools (Office, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Basecamp, Jira, Harvest, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
• Communication with team members and across departments

Nice to Haves:

• Automotive and/or Pharmaceutical experience
• Experience working in a client-facing environment

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits.

New York Pay Range: $85,000 - $90,000
