We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and oversee our commercial cleaning services in Greenville, SC. Duties
- Lead and manage daily cleaning operations across various commercial sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Supervise and motivate cleaning staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and workflows to maximize productivity and quality.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintenance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and service quality; address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, resolve concerns swiftly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning management or custodial supervision within hospitality or janitorial services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, laundry processes, and custodial best practices.
- Prior experience managing housekeeping or hotel cleaning operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to develop schedules, manage inventories, and oversee multiple sites simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with staff, clients, and vendors.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement solutions efficiently.
