Company Overview

At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with our people. We’re a global close-knit community, united by the relentless pursuit to help keep people safer everywhere. We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property and places. Our solutions foster the collaboration that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals, safer businesses, and ultimately, safer nations. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.

Department Overview
CRFS, a Motorola Solutions company, is a global pioneer in advanced radio frequency (RF) technology, specializing in cutting-edge spectrum monitoring, geolocation, and electronic warfare solutions. Headquartered in Cambridge, UK, we design and build high-performance hardware and software—such as our industry-leading RFeye ecosystem—that empowers military forces, national security agencies, and spectrum regulators to detect, analyze, and exploit RF signals in the world's most complex environments. When you join our team, you’re directly contributing to the technologies that ensure spectrum dominance, protect critical infrastructure, and safeguard global communications.
This role is the second-in-command within Operations. You'll hold together the support functions that enable Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to perform at their best. You won't be managing those teams directly, but you'll need to understand how they work and where the friction points are.
The role spans a genuinely broad territory: Quality (acting as Quality Manager), EHS, Facilities and PPM, Logistics, ERP/order administration, and FSC clearance. You'll line-manage a small team directly, with scope to take on additional functions over time.
