We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with expertise in the CBI/RBI and Real Estate sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement to support organizational goals and business growth.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize daily operational processes and workflows
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are consistently achieved
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution
  • Identify operational gaps and implement effective improvement initiatives
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to maximize performance



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role- CBI/RBI and Real Estate sector is preferred 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in process improvement and performance management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities



Skills Required
