Operations Manager – Regional & Agribusiness | Based in Canberra or Wollongong

Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking team plays a vital role in helping communities thrive—and due to internal promotion, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join us supporting our Canberra and Wollongong teams in a full-time capacity.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role where you’ll be central to the smooth running of our ACT and Illawarra & South business banking teams.
You’ll work closely with leaders and frontline staff to drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure our processes and compliance standards are met with precision and care.
From onboarding new team members and coordinating training to supporting customer events and managing business continuity plans, your work will help shape the experience of both our people and our clients. You’ll also play a key role in analysing data, managing expenses, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates with clarity, and brings a strong understanding of reporting systems and operational processes.
