You will be working for a client that is an expert in offering integral mobility solutions, always with a close relationship that adapts to the needs of its customers. As Operations Manager, your mission will be to supervise, coordinate and optimize the organization's operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality and profitability. You will ensure that all operational areas function in an integrated manner, aligned with the company's strategic objectives and within a framework of continuous improvement.

The functions of your position will be, among others:

- Design and execute projects and operational strategies that improve productivity and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.

- Optimize human, technological and material resources to improve efficiency.

- Define objectives and achievement metrics to measure operational effectiveness for each business unit and department, through key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Provide periodic reports to senior management on the status of operations.

- Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring effective execution of operations.

- Assess and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.

- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations, fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement, efficiency and collaboration, aligned with corporate strategy.

- Identify and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency, driving digitization and process automation.

 

What do you need to stand out and grow with the project?

- You should have a degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics or related areas.

- It will be valuable that you have completed a Master's Degree in Operations Management, Business Management (MBA) or Project Management.

- It is essential that you have around 7 years of experience in leadership positions in operations, logistics, production, within the automotive distribution sector, as well as experience in process optimization, cost reduction and improvement of operational efficiency.

- Excel at a very advanced level, KPI tracking, use of ERP software, BI and operational management tools.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
  • Approximately 7 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or production within the automotive distribution sector
  • Experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and improving operational efficiency
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience tracking KPIs
  • Experience using ERP software, Business Intelligence tools, and operational management tools
  • Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Management, MBA, or Project Management
