Job Description:
Provides multi-discipline security support (i.e. physical security, personnel security, records management), IT/facilities support, and/or business operations support. Duties may include: supporting high level DoD and USG operational requirements at the appropriate security levels; providing expertise regarding the security policies; serve as the primary contractor point of contact for respective government leadership regarding contractor personnel related issues (including serving as an interlocutor with the contract Program Manager and ensuring timeliness/accuracy of deliverables associated with all tasks listed in PWS consistent with the performance requirements); providing administrative transaction and management support for office related facilities, furniture, communications, and/or information technology requirements.
Experience Requirements:
- Identify and mitigate security incidents along with developing response measures for Government leadership. (Monthly)
- Serve as the Program Security Officer (PSO) and subject matter expert for special security and special access program support in a SCIF and/or special access program facility (SAPF). (Daily)
• Monitor access to SCIF/SAPF, and compliance with physical and administrative security requirements for the SCIF/SAPF. (Daily)
• Coordinate with the OUSD(I&S) Special Access Program Central Office, Special Security Office, Joint Staff, and Military Services security offices for guidance, direction, and resolution of security related issues and requirements. (Daily)
• Coordinate personnel clearance verifications, visit request requirements, and provide security briefings for visitors and meetings. (Daily)
• Initiate and Coordinate Program Access Requests (PARS) and provide access briefings when PARs are approved. (Weekly)
• Facilitate Alternate Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) accesses. (Weekly)
• Update and maintain classified access management systems of record (e.g., Scattered Castles, Joint Access Database Environment, Defense Information System for Security). (Daily)
• Coordinate facility, equipment, communications, and information technology needs specific to SCIF/SAPF requirements, including preparation for and assistance during required security inspections. (Daily)
• Assist in the developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and collateral data in support of DoD and federal interagency operations. (Daily)
• Identify and report vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training and operational activities. (Monthly)
• Review, monitor, and report the status of action items, activities, and products using the CATMS and JSAP Systems. (Daily)
