Operations Manager, Global Provider Engagement

Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial situation.  Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves for every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment.  Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL our passionate changemaking team is looking for several new hires for various roles.       

We are looking for a Operations Manager, Global Provider Engagement to join our team in our Istanbul, Turkiye office.  

The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, and have a passion for customer success.  

Reporting to the Sr. Director, OUS Provider Engagement, you will:  

• Oversee and streamline operational workflows within the OUS Provider Engagement team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives. 

• Support regional teams by providing guidance on operational procedures, resource allocation, and performance tracking. 

• Develop and implement standardized processes to improve provider engagement, ensuring consistency across multiple regions. 

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of engagement activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of provider-related initiatives. 

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and local partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. 

• Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all provider engagement activities. 

• Optimize resource management, including budgeting, cost efficiency, and operational planning for international provider engagement efforts. 

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational performance and scalability. 

• Lead and coordinate special projects, such as expansion into new regions or operational system upgrades, ensuring successful implementation. 

• Train and support provider engagement teams on best practices, operational tools, and workflow improvements. 

Candidate profile: 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, provider engagement, or healthcare-related business processes. 

• Strong project management and process improvement skills. 

• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment. 

• Willingness to travel as needed for regional operations and provider engagement initiatives. 

• Understanding of medical terminology and the broader healthcare ecosystem will be an asset. 

• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately. 

• Empathetic listening skills and the ability to swiftly address patient concerns and resolve issues. 

• Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy, with experience using relevant software tools. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Flexible in traveling internationally. 

• Living in Istanbul. 

• Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 2/3 days a week at the office.
