We are looking for a Operations and Logistics Intern at our Amsterdam HQ, 32-40 hours.
Start: 1st of August 2026, 6 months
What our Operations & Logistics Interns do
- Assisting the internal Operations & Logistics manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
- Supporting the organisation of logistics data, invoices and shipment records
- Coordinating daily outbound shipments to external partners and clients
- Assisting with the receiving, processing and handling of shipments at HQ
- Performing shipment checks to maintain accuracy and quality standards
- Preparing and printing shipping labels and related logistics documentation
- Providing general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics processes.
You have
- A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field is a plus
- A HBO-level education
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week (preferably start date latest 1st of October)
- An eye for detail and are organised
- The ability to work independently, but also thrive in teamwork
