Operations Leader (Title TBD)

Here Now Health is the first virtual behavioral health company built exclusively for children and families impacted by the child welfare system. We serve Medicaid members eligible due to their foster status, often including children in foster care, adopted youth, young adults aging out, and those in family preservation or juvenile justice.

Our care model delivers trauma-informed, high-touch mental health services that prioritize consistency, trust, and accessibility in systems where those qualities are too often missing.

Our mission is to make consistent, early, and preventative care the standard for youth and young adults currently or formerly involved in child welfare—reducing crisis escalations, improving family stability, and creating measurable value for states and Medicaid partners. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team founded on both lived and professional expertise.

We’re looking for a mission-driven, hands-on operator to partner with the Founder & CEO, Chief of Staff/Head of Product, and Clinical Leadership to continue building and scaling the operational backbone of the company. This person will ensure our systems, people, and processes support the mission and can scale as we grow.

• Operations & Clinical Operations: Build the processes that power multi-state care delivery; oversee day-to-day operations and clinical coordination.
• Payer Contracting: turn partnership and payer agreements into operational reality.
• People & Talent: Continue building HR, compliance, and onboarding systems (we use JustWorks as our PEO); nurture a trauma-informed, accountable, values-driven culture.
• Execution & Infrastructure: Keep the organization running smoothly — ensuring clarity, follow-through, and strong internal communication.

• Partner with the Chief of Staff / Head of Product to align operational systems with product and technology.
• Work closely with Clinical Leadership and the Director of Clinical Engagement & Advocacy, who is building our Clinical Advocate team.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO, who leads vision, growth, payer and state partnerships, investor relations, and talent — ensuring the internal engine keeps pace with external momentum.

• Clinical Operations Project Manager – expert in RCM, process design, and project execution.
• Future hires: billing, HR/payroll, and operations roles.

• A grounded, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives in build mode.
• Experienced in healthcare, behavioral health, and Medicaid operations (multi-state or value-based care experience ideal).
• Must have built a clinical services company/program from its earliest stage to multi-state or national operations.
• Collaborative, steady under pressure, and energized by bringing structure to complexity.
