We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an NDE Operations Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, management, financial analysis, and budget maintenance of our NDE operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient scheduling procedures for NDE operations to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage a team of NDE technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular readings and analysis of P&L (Profit and Loss) statements to track the financial performance of NDE operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for optimizing profitability and minimizing costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of NDE operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to NDE operations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality within the NDE team, promoting adherence to all relevant safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NDE operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, including the ability to read and interpret P&L statements.
  • Proven experience in budget development and management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ASNT Level II or Level III certification) preferred.

Skills Required
