Job Description
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring accountability for deliverables and overall program success.
- Support day-to-day client operations by executing structured workflows and processes.
- Manage and update operational data in Excel, sheets and related tools with accuracy.
- Communicate updates, flag issues promptly, and support smooth program delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements by spotting gaps and suggesting fixes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, Google sheets
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
- High attention to detail with consistent task ownership.
- Clear communication and responsiveness in daily updates/escalations.
- Strong time management and ability to follow structured processes.
- Pursuing/completed B.Tech or MBA
