Your Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- You will develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- You will acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- You will identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- You will locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role:
- You should have 0-2 years of experience
- You should be proficient in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- You should have knowledge of SQL and other data tools will be a plus.
- You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- You must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You should have an ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced team environment.
