Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Operations Integrator – Senior Technical Expert to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale experiments, systems under test, and operational demonstrations for the United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM). You will collaborate with military and civilian personnel, as well as partner nation representatives, to shape objectives, scenarios, and technical requirements that drive mission success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Planning: Develop high-level plans and directives for experiments, systems under test, and operational demonstrations that align with mission objectives and operational requirements.
Policy Evaluation: Assess national policies and plans governing continuity programs to ensure alignment with experimental and operational goals.
Team Collaboration: Foster a shared understanding of complex challenges among diverse teams by applying a broad understanding of group dynamics.
Cross-Agency Integration: Collaborate with multiple military branches and agencies to seamlessly integrate experimental and operational components.
Budget Oversight: Manage planning and execution budgets, optimizing cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
Experiment Design: Create detailed designs for experiments, including scenarios, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
