The Role:

The Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate daily and monthly operational related data reports, analyze quantitative data, and work with related teams to identify and solve problems.
• Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail inventory management, monitor of ordering issue, and other key related to ecommerce operations.
• Develop and implement data visualization/dashboard, data analytics and other strategies to generate actionable insights.
• Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment, orders and processes to accommodate client needs and requests.
• Respond to troubleshoot, and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues, piecing together the end-to-end story to identify root causes and see cases through to resolution.
• Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• University degree in any related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Fulfillment, Supply chain or any related fields
• Good attention to details and good ability to analyze data
• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment
