Job DescriptionAs an Operations Executive you will play a key role in helping to deliver and support the Operational Strategy of Entain Studios, delivering new game products, game certification, supporting expansion to new markets, and the launch of exciting new functionality to our players. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager you will be working alongside various teams including Product teams, Commercial teams, Certification houses and Technical Operations to deliver Entain studio products, processes and procedures effectively aligning with commercial and business goals.
What you will do
- Support the Senior Operations Manager in the delivery of all day-to-day operational tasks with the Entain In-House operations team
- Work with Entain Studios, In House Operations, Compliance & RNG product teams to deliver the roadmap from Entain studios
- Assist in the collation, preparation and submission of documents, records and requested items for all internal and external audits
- Act as the point of contact for Entain Studios for all certification submissions, approvals, and certification roadmap for all in house products
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity for Entain Studios whilst ensuring they’re documents accurately on Confluence
- Provide support for Entain Studios projects and new functionality request deliveries by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and procedural manuals to support process activities and requirements
- Assist in Operational activities within the Entain Studios team ensuring high quality delivery of tasks and deliverables from each activity
- Assist in collecting, organising, and analysing data on post live service stats to track KPIs, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and optimisation for Entain Studios.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address issues related to operational tasks and product deliveries
- Create and administer purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents to ensure correct approvals and sign off are received during the process
- Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Qualifications
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of project/delivery tracking
- Adaptability to changing requirements with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Effective team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience of communicating with multi-level stake holders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to review and refine operational processes to improve efficiency
- Experience of Jira and Confluence systems, and processes
