Your Adventure Ahead
- Manage Transaction Queries: Promptly submit and resolve transaction-related inquiries with merchants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze & Reconcile Complex Data: Investigate data mismatches across internal and external platforms. Your analytical mindset will help trace discrepancies and ensure clean data records.
- Automate Repetitive Tasks: Use AI tools / scripting / other tools to streamline routine processes, eliminate manual overhead, and scale operations efficiently.
- Drive Operational Improvements: Identify root causes of recurring issues, propose process changes, and collaborate with merchants and internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Tech, etc.) to roll out improvements.
Essentials to Succeed
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in data operations, transaction support, or analytics roles. Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in data and problem-solving are also welcome.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and SQL — you’re confident working with large datasets; Familiarity with Python is a plus, especially for automation scripts.
- Analytical & Process-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a strong ability to spot data issues and improve underlying workflows.
- Cross-Functional Communicator: Able to work with internal teams and external partners to clarify, solve, and prevent transaction issues.
- Bonus: Written and verbal Chinese language skills are a plus to support Chinese-speaking merchants.
