What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and Operations Manager to evaluate Unity-based mobile games for acquisition.
- Play-test Unity games to assess integration feasibility, technical quality, and revenue potential.
- Integrate Benjamin ad units and SDK components into acquired Unity games with guidance from the Operations Manager.
- Partner with the Engineering team to ensure smooth technical handoff and deployment.
- Provide ongoing support for game performance, bugs, and optimization related to our ads integration.
- Contribute to processes that reduce UA costs and improve monetization outcomes.
- Support with developing AI solutions into the Benjamin architecture
What we’re looking for:
- Strong foundation in Unity, C#, and general game development workflows.
- Full-stack engineering capabilities—comfortable with both application logic and basic backend integrations.
- Ability to self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with growth, operations, and engineering teams.
- Experience as a technical lead on epics, driving the technical direction and implementation strategy for large-scale projects.
Ideal candidate has:
- Experience integrating SDKs (ads, analytics, attribution) into Unity apps.
- Familiarity with mobile game publishing or game acquisition workflows.
- Prior experience in distributed or contract-based engineering roles.
