- Full-time hours are Monday to Saturday, 8-5
- Onsite position
- Salary: Starting at $60,000 during the 3‑month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.

- Dive into core dealership operations with hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I
- Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities
- Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments
- Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
- Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential
- An associate’s degree (or higher) and a strong desire to grow your career
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to listen actively
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail
