Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator ensures that the customer as well as installers have what they need at hand, on time, and potentially under budget to complete their job. Enables a coordination of a number of disciplines within organization. Ensures that nothing slips through the cracks as jobs progress through different phases and departments.
Responsibilities
• Track and monitor all material required for jobs.
• Materials and potential mops scheduling and tracking.
• Interfacing with engineering.
• TEO review for scheduling of completion dates
• Continually updates database to track jobs.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Assists in providing training, work direction, and problem solving assistance for other workers.

Qualifications
