About The Role

You will be tasked with office administration, HR and support of daily operations. You are an excellent multi-tasker with a focus on customer service. You thrive in a fast moving environment and are passionate about what you do while also demonstrating operational excellence. 

What You'll Do

  • Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.
  • Arranging and assisting with HR and administrative tasks such as wellness programs, onboarding, managing partnerships and other benefits.
  • Collaborate in the organization, planning and execution of company events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the implementation and proper functioning of company programs and projects that support social causes. 
  • Assist on any special office projects as required.
  • Any other duties as required by the Business.

Successful candidates will have

  • Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proactive personality, and a desire to deliver your best work.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced English, written and verbal.
  • Knowledge in digital technologies is a plus.
