About The Role
You will be tasked with office administration, HR and support of daily operations. You are an excellent multi-tasker with a focus on customer service. You thrive in a fast moving environment and are passionate about what you do while also demonstrating operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.
- Arranging and assisting with HR and administrative tasks such as wellness programs, onboarding, managing partnerships and other benefits.
- Collaborate in the organization, planning and execution of company events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the implementation and proper functioning of company programs and projects that support social causes.
- Assist on any special office projects as required.
- Any other duties as required by the Business.
Successful candidates will have
- Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proactive personality, and a desire to deliver your best work.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced English, written and verbal.
- Knowledge in digital technologies is a plus.
