Operations Coordinator
Role Summary
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks and have a complete understanding of the operating systems including order processing, scheduling, inventory management tasks, data setup, reporting, telephone, and email support.
Key Results Area

Create tasks to move inventory

Prepare picking area
-
Print order to move product to meet client SLA
-
Handle returns
-
Monitor and coordinate Pick location replenishments.

Coordinate inbound delivery appointments and receive shipments
-
Coordinate pull and delivery of needed inventory items for line jobs
-
Compliance
-
For client-specific needs – coordinate all compliance-related requirements, gather data, and manage hold inventory and all compliance-related reporting
-
Order Processing
-
Research and manage reporting of order errors. Update and implement the order error process
-
Compile and publish Client Scorecards and other metric reporting within the organization.

Define and update existing department Processes for improvements when identified
-
Late and Rush Order Recap Reporting

Communications:
-
All cross-team communications will be done via email when needed, or other tools as appropriate
-
Communicate professionally while working through issues with all team members
-
Escalates order issues when information is not received that is needed to get action required to move orders forward, when appropriate
-
Reporting and Inventory Analysis
-
Distribute Client Specific Reports
-
Monitor, reconcile, and publish daily Open Orders Report, per Open Orders Process
-
Create and coordinate inventory forecasting tools for assigned clients
-
Troubleshooting and Resolution of Order Issues Identified
-
Proactively works Order issues as appropriate and follows up with assigned teams when resolution is not moving forward promptly
-
Troubleshoot issues from Issues reported to the Order Management group to identify root causes or other systemic problems. Identify and help implement solutions to encourage positive change
-
Coordinate resolution between various departments to identify Order Issues preventing successful order fulfillment, processing, or shipment to the client

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Support and maintain corporate quality, health and safety standards, processes, policies, practices, and work instructions
-
All other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
-
High School diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree is preferred
-
At least one (1) year of warehouse experience is required

Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems

PC skills are required, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Strong math, analytical, and reading skills
-
Able to work independently or in a team environment
-
Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
-
Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods
