Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to leadership teams across clinical sites. This role ensures smooth day-to-day administrative functions, supports project tracking, maintains documentation, and assists in the coordination of operational initiatives
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
- Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and project trackers.
- Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support data entry, dashboard updates, and routine reporting for operational KPIs.
- Liaise with site managers to gather updates and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for operational leadership.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with administrative protocols.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal documents.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
- Coordinate trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)
Preferred Education: Associates Degree (higher degree accepted) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum Experience: 2 years in administrative support, perferably in health or public sector
Preferred Experience: Supporting senior leadership, managing documentation, and coordinating cross-functional projects
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in a healthcare or public-sector environment
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
