We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Sydney office. This is a key role supporting business operations across Australia and working closely with senior consultants, project managers, and global support teams. You’ll coordinate a wide range of non-technical services including administration, HSE, quality, HR coordination, IT liaison, and facility management.
Candidates should be resilient and able to provide support to company staff and clients in accordance with agreed timescales. They should have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools, be used to working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail.
Candidates will be well organised and responsible for the delivery of everyday office tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work across multiple platforms, including business operating platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and various accreditation portals.

Principal Accountabilities Include
- Management of facilities in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth;
- Operational co-ordination and execution of other non-technical support services including H&S, Environmental Management, Quality Management, HR, IT, and Business Systems; and
- Provision of staff support to Senior Management and consultants
