Provide administrative and operational support to Marine HR: prepare reports and audit materials, analyze data for management reviews, support recruitment and logistics for vessel officers, manage awards and crew claims/medical cases, assist Marine HR Director and act as backup to Marine Personnel Officer in Singapore.

- Assist in scheduling interviews and liaising with departments for candidate selection; coordinate
office briefings (virtual/physical) for vessel officers, including logistics and accommodation - Monitor and manage the distribution of anniversary awards and priority passes
- Maintain documentation and follow-up for Crew P&I claims, sea staff medical cases, and shore-based health insurance cases
- Assist the Marine HR Director with various initiatives, projects, or tasks as needed
- Act as backup for the Marine Personnel Officer in Singapore
What we are looking for
- Diploma in Business / Maritime Studies or relevant administration experience
- Ability to respond positively to customers in an effective manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle tasks with urgency.
- Self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking, and working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; works well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with COMPAS software is preferred
- Understanding of maritime regulations such as MLC, STCW, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
