Euronet seeks to employ a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator, to support and oversee the Operations activities of our ATM Network throughout Egypt.
The successful candidate will join the Cairo team and be part of a Global Operations organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with third-party service providers (Security, Installation, Transportation, etc.) for ATM installations and de-installations across Egypt.
- Monitor ATM operations, ensuring quick resolution of faults by service providers, and act as the main contact for on-site engineers/technicians.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team during new ATM installations and communicate with clients when needed.
- Manage ATM inventory, track site status, and analyze network performance to suggest improvements, maintaining KPIs and reports for internal and client use.
- Work closely with the marketing agency to oversee ATM branding, lighting, and visibility, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct periodic on-site visits to evaluate branding quality and coordinate any required maintenance or corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT orientation.
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations or customer support within the financial services, banking and/or call centers industry.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Must have a legal right to work in Egypt without the need for visa sponsorship.
