We are seeking an Operations Controller (Maternity cover)As our Operations Controller, you’ll act as a trusted business partner for our production team, driving budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. You’ll be the go-to expert for financial matters and a sparring partner for business decisions, process improvements, and performance analysis. Start date asap.

How you'll make an impact
Calculate and monitor production costs to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain ERP system parameters to uphold accurate standard costing.
Analyze and report deviations from standard costs and budgets, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate on controlling projects and support operational decision-making.
Assist in budget planning and forecasting processes across operations.
Support investment proposals and business cases to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
Prepare and present cost performance reports; conduct ad-hoc analyses and support continuous improvement in SAP and reporting processes.
Your qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a controlling role within a production or manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in standard cost calculation and variance analysis.
Proficient in SAP, particularly the FI-CO module.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
