Job Description:
This job is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s). Key responsibilities include strategically advising upon the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies.

Line of Business Job Description:

The Operations Consultant within the Enterprise Correspondence Operations organization is responsible for overseeing the process to intake, review requirements, test, and perform production validation of emails delivered through the SEPS application.

  • Lead and manage medium-to-large projects with competing timelines, ensuring effective coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Oversee and maintain evergreen communication inventories, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Collaborate with Global Ops Management, FLU teams, and support partners to execute change management routines and deliver a consistent client experience for ECO tools and capabilities.

  • Facilitate governance reviews with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners, and communicate project requirements, expectations, and status updates to leaders at all levels.

  • Complete review of intakes received from the line of business and confirm requirements are complete.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 

Responsibilities:

  • Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment

  • Advises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives

  • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function

  • Consults on present-state, develops alternative future-state approaches, and facilitates implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control

  • Identifies and recommends responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projects

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience leading calls, meetings, and strategy sessions with medium‑sized audiences.

  • 2–3 years of experience decomposing complex issues and driving timely, well‑informed decisions, with sound judgment on when to seek input and when to act independently.

  • 2–3 years of experience communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely to influence key stakeholders and build trust.

  • Proven ability to manage and lead the execution of multiple, often competing priorities while meeting deadlines and adhering to policies and standards; performs well under pressure and escalates issues appropriately.

  • Strategic thinker and self‑starter who is organized, versatile, and capable of working with minimal oversight.

  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.

  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, develop new skills, innovate, and adapt to industry changes.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to solicit and integrate input from others.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$59,700.00 - $96,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
