As an Operations Relationship Manager within JPMorgan, you will play a pivotal role in engaging senior client stakeholders and internal leaders, positioning JPMorgan Chase as a trusted advisor and partner. You will proactively connect with COOs, heads of Operations, Legal, Risk, Counterparty Management, and Regulatory Governance at client organizations, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and deliver tailored solutions that support their evolving needs. Your expertise will enable you to anticipate client requirements, inform them of market and regulatory developments, and collaborate with senior Sales and Relationship Managers to unlock new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior client executives, serving as their primary point of contact for operational strategy and partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal Operations, Legal, Credit Risk, and Transition Management teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end support for clients, ensuring their objectives are met and business transformation is achieved.
  • Partner with Investor Client Management Senior Relationship Managers and Sales leads to deliver integrated solutions and identify strategic opportunities for shared clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client setups, platform utilization, and fund structures, proactively engaging in initiatives to enhance service levels, drive efficiency, and support business growth.
  • Lead the resolution of complex client issues, ensuring accountability and delivering outcomes that align with both client needs and the firm’s mission.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements, providing clients with market intelligence and supporting their adoption of innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Extensive experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of pre and post trade activities, financial markets, and the investment management industry.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders, driving consensus and fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, comfortable working with senior client contacts and internal business leaders across global teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality results.
  • In-depth knowledge of cash and derivative products, regulatory change, technology innovation, and operational best practices.
  • Familiarity with Prime Brokerage and Global Clearing workflows, and experience partnering with Sales and Client Service teams.
  • Prior experience in Securities processing for Fixed Income and Equities markets.
  • Ability to identify and leverage Fintech opportunities for both JPMorgan Chase and our clients.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for Margin activity under ISDA and MSFTA agreements.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
