Job Description- Promotes the use of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers.
- Follow the Company’s developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilities
- Assist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that these manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficiencies
- Performs audit of processes and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOP's
- Maintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the Operations
- Review and analyis of Shipment Discrepancy for Vizmin
- Checking of Truck movement Log
- Monitoring and analysis of pending RPO, Pending Post Receive and Production Output
- Documentation of audit process
- Conduct Truck Audit
- Do other assigned tasks
- BS/BA degree in Accountancy, IE, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or audit related course.
- Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience or minimum of 1 year in an audit position
- Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration
- Preferably with ERP experience
- Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills is a must.
- Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
- Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
- Must have experience in managing and working with distributed team members.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
- Must have above average computer skills
