General Operational Support:

  • Provide strategic operational support and guidance to the PDS Houston and San Antonio Variable Market teams

  • Identify process inefficiencies and provide feedback to the Regional Operations Lead to collaborate and develop strategies to enhance productivity, optimize operations, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.

  • Utilize business intelligence tools to drive data-informed decision-making, monitor operational performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Lead and local market business partners (i.e. HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT…) to ensure effective implementation of PDS business processes and initiatives.

  • Effectively support the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction within the markets.

  • Obtain feedback from the PDS variable market(s) and circulate with the Regional Operations Lead to identify and prioritize operational improvements and strategic operations initiatives.

  • Participate in workstreams across Americas PDS Operations to drive and deliver best-in-class operational initiatives.

People Experience Support:

  • Champion a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Lead and local PDS Variable Market Lead(s) to review market people survey results to identify areas of opportunity and develop initiatives to drive improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Lead to ensure national Americas PDS PMO L&D initiatives are properly implemented into the local PDS Variable Market(s).

  • Support the local PDS onboarding process, ensuring Americas PDS L&D Onboarding and JLL Onboarding systems and best practices are being implemented and completed.

  • Champion and foster JLL and PDS values.

Business Intelligence Support:

  • Utilize business intelligence tools to drive data-informed decision-making, monitor operational performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Review client satisfaction dashboards and support local PDS Variable Market Lead(s) in following up with clients as appropriate.

  • Review market operational performance and work with Regional Operations Lead to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Lead and the Americas PDS BI team to extract insights and support the development of actionable strategies and process improvements.

Financial Support:

  • Conduct P&L reporting and analysis to support business decision-making

  • Perform pipeline analysis to track business development and secured revenue

  • Monitor and analyze resource utilization

Strategic Growth Support:

  • Support market growth strategy planning and implementation initiatives

  • Leverage market knowledge and competitive intelligence to drive growth initiatives and strategies

  • Support account and national service growth opportunities for the market(s)

Risk & Safety Support:

  • Participate as a local variable market HSSE champion.

  • Support CMO incident reporting policies and escalate as needed.

  • Review and support PDS Health, Safety, Security, Environmental (HSSE) programs to ensure appropriate compliance.

  • Monitor local market HSSE good catch and near miss dashboards and review with local PDS Variable Market Lead(s).

  • Ensure safety tips are presented during local internal team meetings.

  • Review and support Internal Project Review dashboards to ensure appropriate compliance and completion.

Technology Support:

  • Understand the technology systems used within AM PDS and how they support PDS processes.

  • Support system onboarding and support license procurement processes.

  • Support system adoption by providing visibility to training and additional support resources to ensure employees can properly use the systems they are required to use.

  • Compile feedback from local market team and circulate with the Regional Operations Lead to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.

Education and Experience:

  • Computer skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sharepoint)

  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment

  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as virtual filing and record keeping

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
