We are looking for a part-time and full-time operations associates who are excited to have variety in their daily work! The members joining our team to support operations could be contributing to the following functions: picking, packing, and shipping, improving layout and inventory efficiency, and supporting our Pepper Joe's brand during our busy seedling season.

What you will be doing:

• Work to create and maintain a clean, safe, high performing work environment at all times.

• Executing excellent work while all safety measures are observed and abided by to ensure the safety of yourself and team members.
• Promoting great interdepartmental relationships to ensure brand promise is consistently met by means of effective and respectful communication.   
• Staying familiar with all brands and ensuring quality products are packaged and shipped out to customers in a way that promotes a great customer experience while minimizing waste.  
• Safely and efficiently unloading trucks and containers that are both palletized and floor loaded.
• Opportunity to contribute to the team as a forklift operator or fork truck operator
• Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
