Are you looking to learn more about what goes into running a food manufacturer? This individual will get the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the manufacturing process from managing incoming materials to outgoing sales orders and how to maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity with hands-on experience.  A successful operations associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support various business functions with a diverse range of tasks. This will be a 12 week internship with the option to apply for a job position. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and stock tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely production and delivery of products.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet market demands.
• Manage order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and customer inquiries.
• Assist in monitoring production quality to ensure it meets company standards.
• Develop and maintain operational reports to track key performance metrics.
• Support efforts to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in product distribution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (equivalent experience or in progress).
