You will:
- Configure and maintain port forwarding setups on our clients’ network to enable vendor integrations
- Utilize RPA applications such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Appian to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and technologies
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Write scripts to submit files securely to SFTP servers and manage file transfers efficiently
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in configuring port forwarding setups, whitelisting IP addresses, and automating manual processes
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in at least one RPA software such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Appian
- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and process optimization
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across departments
