Heeter is currently hiring multiple positions within the production environment. You bring the work ethic and we will train the skill!
- Learn to set-up, run and complete various custom jobs for clients using highly sophisticated machinery and equipment.
- Use technology interface to learn how to run machinery effectively and efficiently
- Support Operations area as Helper ensuring machine areas are clean and safe; work safely and efficiently at all times.
- Be available to support all areas of production as needed, as a team we work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrate a flexible, helpful, and proactive and positive approach to work and solve problems.
Shifts available: Monday - Friday
- 1st shift: 7 am – 3 pm
- 2nd shift: 3 pm - 11 pm
- potential for overtime and weekends
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to run a machine
- Demonstrated work ethic and interest in learning
- Ability to work well in a group or individually
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- High school diploma, general education (GED) or equivalent
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Standing up to 8 hours per day
- Lift/Pull up to 35 lbs
- Manufacturing facility with constant noise from machines running
- Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Skills Required

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
- Demonstrated work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
