The Wesleyan Church is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented professional to join our headquarters team as an Operations & Events Coordinator. This role supports the General Superintendent's Office through event coordination, hospitality, administrative support, and headquarters operations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, retreats, and special events.
- Manage event logistics including registration, catering, facilities, vendors, and onsite support.
- Serve as the primary receptionist and guest services representative for headquarters.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, facility requests, and office operations.
- Support employee engagement activities, organizational meetings, and administrative projects.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in administration, hospitality, event planning, operations, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Working Conditions- Based at headquarters in Fishers, Indiana.
