About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics. The Warehouse Analyst will work closely with the logistics team to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Job Content:

  • Analyze the inventory in A/T stockrooms, Receiving operation and scrap/reclaim process.
  • This include inventory management of expiry/NQM/restrict/scrap/etc. Provide projection to site leaders (near expiry/reclaim/inventory risk/etc.). 
  • Develop the space modeling based on inventory and site MRP strategy. Provide space risk analysis and drive stockroom space efficiency, towards less external warehouse cost as well as internal store optimization.
  • Responsible for performing the receiving operation according to the process specification, and all receipts shall be performed as per global guideline. 
  • Co-owner the AT process/specs, improve efficiency, accelerate BPS and benchmark across site.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance/accounting to improve the overall inventory efficiency to AT, manufacturing cycle time, JIT & VMI strategy, MRP/CLAM cost linearity, turns improvement, etc.

Responsibilities include:

Warehouse + Receiving Management 

  • TI stockroom and receiving operation is outsourced to a supplier therefore TI logistics supervisor required to oversee respective operation and directly managing the suppliers. 
  • Analyze the inventory in A/T stockrooms, include inventory/expire/NQM/restrict/scrap/etc. Provide projection to site leaders (near expire/reclaim/inventory risk/restrict stock depletion & etc). 
  • Develop space modeling based on inventory and site MRP strategy. Provide space risk analysis and drive stockroom space efficiency, towards less external warehouse cost as well as internal store optimization.
  • Co-owner the AT process/specs, improve efficiency, accelerate BPS and benchmark across site.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance/accounting to improve the overall inventory efficiency to AT, such as OTD, manufacturing cycle time, JIT & VMI strategy, MRP/CLAM cost linearity, turns improvement, etc. 
  • Participate in stock up quality measurement, if not meeting, shall trigger 3x5 why process. 
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Supervising receiving operations procedures to be implemented effectively, maintain close communication and extend any new TI requirement to operation. 
  • Attend Audit inquiries (Customer audit/Internal Audit/Global Audit)   
  • Develop and lead AT logistics task force to achieve better business results to above.

Scrap Claim Process Management:

  1. Scrap Claim Processing: Manage the scrap claim process, including receiving, processing, and settling claims with suppliers and customers.
  2. Process: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize the scrap claim process.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on scrap claims, including, root causes, and financial impact.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum Education (i.e., Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in inventory management and warehouse operation, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Knowledge of freight transportation modes, rates, and regulations
