Role Overview
This is a key role providing operational and analytical support to partners, working closely with Customer Success to ensure a positive partner experience.
What you'll do:
Managing the setup and ongoing maintenance of the partner’s store (Digital Communications, Promotions, Catalog, Club B, Tasks, etc.) according to the defined strategy
Analyzing the partner store’s performance results
Proposing strategies and action plans based on data insights to drive results
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the solution runs smoothly for the partner
What you'll need:
Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
Good time management and prioritization abilities
Ability to execute quickly and efficiently
Problem-solving skills
Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
Knowledge of Databricks (SQL or PySpark) — nice to have
