This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities of the role include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, creating reports and completing exception processing.
Responsibilities:
• Assists with coordination of implementation for products/services and operational solutions
• Supports the design, document, implementation and monitoring of new products/services
• Provides guidance regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes
• Expands business products knowledge within operations environment
• Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates
• Inspects data to identify issues and trends
• Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes

Required Skills:

  • 1 year of proven analytical, research and decision-making skills experience

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

  • Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities and make recommendations for solutions to improve the business

  • Ability to problem solve and resolve complex issues in a timely manner

  • Ability to multi-task as business needs dictate

Desired Skills:

  • 2 years of supervisory experience

  • Knowledge of wire processing and swift rules

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Access)

  • Knowledge of bank systems (ACBS, BOSS, Navigator, GBS, WBS, BFT, WTX, FDES)
