The Role
We’re looking for an Analyst to join our team and grow with us. This is a unique opportunity to learn 1:1 with our founders and senior leaders, gaining direct insight into how a high-growth company operates. You’ll play a hands-on role from day one, with mentorship, training, and real ownership of projects that make an impact. This role is ideal for someone just starting their career who’s eager to learn, solve problems, and make an impact. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into new responsibilities over time.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day operations and projects within your assigned team
- Learn and apply company systems, tools, and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues as they arise
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support company goals
- Contribute ideas for improving workflows and team efficiency
