About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to be the backbone of our internal operations across Colombia and the U.S. This is a hybrid people, recruiting, and administrative role where you’ll support the day-to-day functions that keep our team running—especially as we scale our developer hiring and regional presence.
You’ll partner closely with our Finance, People, and Business Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of key workflows—ranging from HR compliance, benefits, to candidate onboarding/offboarding and office management. Your work will directly impact our ability to recruit top talent, stay compliant, and maintain operational excellence.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is comfortable juggling multiple tools and deadlines, and has a strong sense of ownership. You’ll be a key player in supporting our growth in Colombia while helping shape the employee experience from day one
Location: Bogota, Colombia (5 days at the WeWork Carrera 19 office).

What You’ll DoTech-Focused Talent Acquisition- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles.
- Source and engage top software developers and technical talent in Colombia.
- Own interview scheduling, candidate communications, and pipeline tracking.
- Draft and send offer letters, manage pre-onboarding touchpoints, and deliver a stellar candidate experience.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, payroll updates, and employee benefits an payroll novelties administration.
- Maintain HR documentation and policies, and respond to employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor law and labor entities (SGSST, SENA).
- Act as an internal partner to help our Colombian team scale sustainably.
- Manage office logistics, vendors, inventory, and internal events.

- Keep internal tools, calendars, and knowledge bases up-to-date and organized.

- 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations (ideally with exposure to tech hiring).
- Strong understanding of the Colombian labor landscape.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication in both Spanish and English (written + verbal).
- High emotional intelligence, organizational mastery, and professional discretion.
- Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week in Colombia.
- Experience working with engineering or developer teams in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with HR and accounting tools, ATS platforms, and remote onboarding best practices.
- Previous exposure to Colombian compliance standards (SGSST, DANE, SENA).
