Job Description

The Growth Team at Acquco is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data records, monitoring platform data errors, and supporting initiatives that require attention to detail and the ability to find and verify correct data are essential for success in these roles.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Utilize research skills and available resources to gather accurate data and fill in missing information in records (e.g. new product, order fulfillment)
• Data Verification: Verify the correctness of data by cross-referencing multiple sources and applying data quality standards
• Monitoring: Monitor front end marketplace products (e.g. product reviews/ranking, new data issues, new promotions)
• Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and clarify data requirements, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates.
• The base salary range for this position is up to $35,000 USD

Qualifications

• Must be able to work east coast daytime office hours
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Must be proficient in English.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to meticulously review and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Research Skills: Proficient in conducting online research to find and verify correct information.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in finding solutions to data-related challenges and implementing process improvements.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
