The Operations Analyst role consists of managing multiple data sources to help create and main insightful reports and dashboards as well as lead process improvement initiatives and standardize reporting. The intent of this role is to assist all operational functions of Pon.Bike by providing clear, consistent, and concise data-driven solutions as well as going beyond the analysis and providing strategic guidance. A successful Operations Analyst will be forward-thinking and eager to work with key operational stakeholders to enhance reporting and manual processes.

The Operations Analyst role is part of the Pon.Bike North American Operations group that supports brands such as Pacific Cycle (Schwinn and Mongoose), Cannondale, GT, Gazelle, Santa Cruz and Cervelo.

Essential Job Responsibilities

 

Data Analysis and Process Improvement

·         Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns and areas that need improvement.

·         Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

·         Streamline processes across all distribution centers.

·         Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automate manual processes to improve overall operations.

·         Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement and best practices.

Operational Management

·         Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to access performance and report to the brands as part of the service level agreements (SLAs).

·         Prepare regular reports to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

·         Assist in international and domestic carrier contract management and annual requests for proposals (RFPs).

Systems

·         Design, build, launch and maintain reliable business intelligence solutions that provide insights and trends across the organization and cross-functional teams.

·         Provides reports through Power BI applications to improve business processes.

·         Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.

·         Creates end-user reporting and dashboards using a variety of internal tools and systems

·         Integrates new and existing data sources into current reporting.

·         Works with business leaders to help deliver data-driven solutions.

Minimum Requirements (include education, experience, special skills, licenses, certifications etc)

Essential Qualifications

·         Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

·         1-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain role.

·         Ability to work with large amounts of data, define trends, and develop accurate actionable insights.

·         Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·         Experience with Power BI Administration or similar visualization tools.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to communicate and influence change effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

·         Must be able to carry out assignments with minimal supervision.

Beneficial Qualifications

·         SAP experience preferred.
