Job responsibilities
-Collaborate with various stakeholders (Solution Principals &Project Managers) to determine the scope of the project andservices to be implemented, the environment of the customer,Level of Effort required and adjust estimates for local skills.
-Ensure delivery and release of the detailed Statement of Workdeveloped for Solutions Principal and the Customer based uponPresales and Customer requirements as well as apply local customizations as required.
-Qualify the level of risk of each.
-Analyze data on relevant project metrics and trends in audit findings, customer surveys, and draw inferences as well as identify corrective, preventative and improvement action plans.
-Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports, and communicate the status updates to management and stakeholders using Salesforce among other tools.
-In charge of the business operations and optimization, including headcount and resource planning, operations escalation management, business continuity as well as business capability development.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
-2-3 years of experience in a data analysis, business analysis, or similar role.
-Strong analytical skills with experience in using statistical tools and software.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. SQL knowledge is a
plus.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
-Excellent Negotiation skills.
