Job Description

Support technology operations by performing proactive and reactive monitoring, analyzing system and service performance, and resolving routine to moderately complex operational issues. Collaborate closely with engineering staff, senior analysts, and technology partners to maintain platform stability, ensure SLA/OLA compliance, and identify improvement opportunities. Develop deeper technical capability while contributing to process, documentation, and reporting enhancements that improve operational effectiveness.

Monitoring & Service Performance Oversight

Use technology monitoring tools to monitor assigned environments and/or technical assets and identify performance or behavior outside established standards or SLA/OLAs. Proactively monitor system stability and service performance within area of expertise and take corrective action to prevent incidents or problems when possible. Participate in bridge calls and engage with team members, contractors, or vendors to prevent or resolve incidents in a timely manner.

Incident Response & Problem Triage

Perform increasingly independent troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, resolution, and production support for one or more technologies within the defined technical area of expertise. Alert and work with appropriate teams to resolve reported user issues with operational and administrative platforms. Follow established incident, event, and escalation procedures.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Use experience in data analysis to collaborate with management and team members to identify corrective actions that increase efficiency and improve system or service performance. Gather, analyze, and interpret meaningful operational data to support improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness and status.

Process, Standards & Continuous Improvement

Participate in the ongoing refinement of operational processes, policies, and best practices to ensure high performance and availability of technology platforms. Promote reuse and consistency of technical build, implementation, and support processes. Validate adherence to defined standards and ensure alignment with IT Information Library (ITIL) principles.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
