We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations Administrator to support our cloud operations team with CRM management, reporting, and administrative coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the world of cloud operations, with exposure to AWS, GCP, and Azure environments. The role includes maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and supporting internal workflows and cloud-related operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Data Accuracy
- Support internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support) with CRM-related tasks and reporting needs.
- Assist in creating and optimizing CRM workflows and automations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate and maintain operational reports using Excel and internal BI tools.
- Track team metrics and task completion based on SLAs.
- Document internal processes and assist in preparing materials for meetings and audits.
Cloud Operations Support
- Assist with operational tasks related to cloud vendor portals (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Support billing processes by tracking usage data, identifying anomalies, and preparing summaries.
- Help coordinate internal projects related to cloud compliance and certifications.
Administrative & Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate and follow up on internal tasks and cross-team requests.
- Support “red flags” meetings with documentation and follow-up tracking.
- Help maintain structured routines and task boards for the operations team.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative or operations support role (internships or part-time roles also considered).
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
